About Rex
Hi. I'm Rex Alcock,

Founder of the Blue Collar Real Estate Team.
I was Born and raised on a farm in Southern Alberta.
​
My early career was spent in the oil field where I grew accustom to working long hours, in all conditions, all over this beautiful province we call home.
​
When the rigs were down I would take on work learning trades jobs such as electrician, drywalling and mechanic work.
While I've been a realtor for over a decade, my blue collar roots run deep!

About Sheldon
Hey, I’m Sheldon Pierson.
I was born and raised right here in Lethbridge—which means a few things.
One, I know where the wind comes from… and two, I’ve probably run into you at a rink, a field, or the grocery store at some point.”
I grew up around local sports teams, community events, and the kind of neighbourhoods where people still wave when you drive by. I’m still involved in the community today, because this city isn’t just where I work—it’s home.”
At some point, I realized I really enjoyed helping people make big decisions… and real estate seemed like a better option than coaching from the sidelines or giving unsolicited advice at barbecues.”
As a realtor, my focus is pretty simple:
